Digital Millennium Copyright Law Notice of Infringement (known as the Internet Copyright Infringement Act)


Our website follows the Safe Haven provisions of 17 USC §512, known as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). To send us a copyright infringement notice, you'll need to send a written message that largely includes the following:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered in one website across the Internet, with one notice, a representative list of such works on that site.
Identification of material alleged to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity that must be removed or accessed to disable it, and reasonably sufficient information to allow the service provider to locate the material. Providing URLs in the body of the email is the best way to help us quickly locate content.
The information is reasonably sufficient to allow the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as address, phone number, and email address, if available, which can be contacted by the complaining party.
A declaration that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly violated (note that under Section 512 (f), any person knowingly and materially misrepresenting that the material or activity that constitutes a violation may be Liability for damages, in other words, does not make false claims!
